SMART SmartMembrane 20 – D Series

SmartMembrane 20_ Diagnostic (D) Series is a proprietary Electronic Moisture Leak Detection system – a sensor scrim that is laid/ adhered directly on the top of any electrically isolating waterproofing layer to make the static waterproofing layer – ‘SMART’ with the ability to detect it’s own moisture breaches in real-time (24×7).  Irrespective of the type of waterproofing layer, adding one layer of Smart Sensor Scrim provides insurance for troubleshooting during the life of weatherproofing layers.

SmartMembrane 20_ D Series adds an additional protection TPO membrane layer (20 mil/ 0.5 mm) over the existing principle-waterproofing layer applied on an electrically conductive substrate like Reinforced Cement Concrete sub-structure.  It is infused with multilayers of flexible stainless steel SS 304/316 sensor grid, weft inserted/ embroidered in a patented construction.
