The plant is used as a garnish for many dishes and is used in cooking as well. The plant adds an extra flavour to any dish, It’s particularly rich in vitamins A, C, and K. QUICK TIP:
Don’t chop parsley too finely — bigger pieces are prettier and have more flavour. Throw it on top of grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes, a cold green-bean salad, stews, soups, pasta, sauces, marinades, hot or cold grain dishes like couscous or quinoa or tabbouleh.
CILANTRO vs PARSLEY:
Cilantro leaves are more rounded, while parsley leaves are pointed. However, the best way to tell the two apart is by smelling them. Parsley has a fresh, mild herbal scent, while cilantro has a much stronger, spicy, citrusy aroma.
